I have been CFing for almost two years now and I have been an athlete my entire life at a high level. On Sept. 15th, I was competing in the Garage Games competition here in MS and I was in the 3rd workout of the day when while rebounding I jumped down from the box and felt like a bomb went off in my lower leg. I agree with the stepping down policy because of the risk. Just wanted to send my input and add one more person to your list of CF who ruptured their achilles during a rebounding box jump. |
