At our school (Netherlands) we don't have much papers to fill in for parents. Well sure when the child enters the school for the first time. But not every year again.But I do make a form like this for my class. Every year I have a different class as a mentorclass. So I have to do this every year. This year they are all boys. So I have to see what that brings. |
