... Anil Biswas was a Rehbar, Guru ... Humay ungli pakad kar chalnaa skyhaaiaa !! It is very sad that Anilda passed away in 2003 ... I tried my level best but could not reach out so much ... that Anil Biswas should be given the Dada Sahab Phalke Award ... but the Indian Bureaucracy hardly has time for correct unbiased things ! Heavily politicised a Bhupen Hazarika got the award with not even half a dozen films to his creadit and Anilda with a 100 great films was neglected !! I am so happy to politics that at last the correct choice has been made this time and Manna Dey has got the Phalke which he deserved ten to 15 years earlier .... Lekin kaun sunay Fariyaad !! I have sung with Manna Dey sahab on the same stage on over a dozen number of occasions ... I wanted it to be noted that while bringing out songs on this platform I am so happy to see that you have written so much in detail about the composer .... it is so right to bring out this side of the song which is the biggest side of creativity when a film song is created ... the poet / poetess and the music director .... the singer is only one third in so far as creativity is concerned as he or she is only singing that what is taught to him or her ! It is the mixed effort of these great music directors with great lyricists like Prem Dhawan, Kaif Irfani, Dr Sardar Aah, Sahir, Majrooh, Kaifi,Pradeep, Rajinder Krishan, Pndt. Bharat Vyaas, Narender Sharma and the likes etc etc. Thats why the songs created 50-60years ago are still so alive and vibrant .... only the listeners are dumb who don't know what they are missing!!!SIRF AAWAAZ HI PEHCHAAN NAHIN HAI .... GEETKAAR SANGEETKAR APNI APNI JAGAH PE MEHAZ UNKA NAAM HI IK BOHUT BADI PEHCHAAN HAI, ISS BAAT KO HUM JHUTLAA NAHIN SAKTE ... YEHI WAJAH HAI JO iss daur ka HAR SANGEETKAR GAANAA GANA CHAAHATA HAI ... ISSILIYE AAJ KA KOI GAANA MUQAMMIL BHI NAHIN HO RAHAA HAI ... AS COMPOSERS FEEL CHEATED THAT ONLY THE SINGERS NAME IS TAKEN IN DUE COURSE,COMPOSERS AND LYRICISTS FADE AWAY TO INSIGNIFICANCE IN THE BACKGROUND! This mistake must stop ... aap ne yeh sab baaton pe ghawr kiyaa humay aap sab per naz hai !! |

Thanks for asking! I think this is prolbaby the first year ever I do not have any dreams and this really feels good. Of course it depends on the definition of dreams to me dreams are always dependent on many aspects that are not under my control, as fate, the economy, a lot of other people. Or more precisely it depends on my personal judgment of these aspects as actually we cannot control a lot really. One of my goals for (end of) this year was to report on the current state of my personal curtain raising process (that I had called a leap of faith previously) in my blog but I did not want to make this a task on a check list. I told myself I must not write this post if it is not triggered by true contentment. And suddenly on Dec. 20 I have realized how far I have come and was able to report on the journey in a disengaged way. What about your (curtain raising) story? Has the curtain been totally lifted due to your new job or is there more to come? |

, I found Scott less good with the underpinning theroy; he has a tendency to make a few too many assumptions and is a bit too loose with the generalisations. This isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, as it can make the writing `pacy' and accessible. However, I would certainly take issue with the way he defines marketing. It's a pretty one-eyed view, and to make matters worse its advertising he focuses on in the list he draws up detailing its shortcomings. At the best of times resorting to `man of straw' arguments is dubious rhetoric, and initially this made me doubt the book's `authenticity' or thought leadership, as Scott would perhaps call it. I would also argue that `interruption advertising' still has its place both of itself and when integrated into Web-based strategies. The creative variations of Cadbury's `Gorilla' advertisement on YouTube offer an intriguing insight to what can be achieved. The issue I have with Scott's book is, that to begin, he is so concerned to argue the old marketing and PR rules are dead, that he dilutes the message about how the old and the new might be better integrated to deliver more effective communications, at whatever level of access. But by the end of the book, his more measured, thoughtful and practical approach had turned me around. For me, Scott sums up his book in the following statement. The new publishing model on the Web is about. . . delivering content when and where it is needed and, in the process, branding you or your organization as a leader. When you understand your audience, those people who will become your buyers, you can craft an editorial and content strategy just for them. . . . In order to implement a successful strategy, think like a publisher. Two final comments: understanding your audience is classic, `old marketing'. Secondly, thinking like a publisher is not exactly easy, but it's what conventional PR attempts to achieve when crafting messages for its audiences. So, let's be careful not throw out the baby with the bath water. Help other customers find the most helpful reviewsa0Was this review helpful to you?a0 | a0 |

YES you can get an 8 pack but how many of those have you seen with your own eyes, probably not many. It takes hard work, dedication and diet is KEY!! The best moemvents for the abdominal muscles are going to be ones that reduce your overall stability. The reason for this is because this will require all your muscle tissues, even the ones deep within the core, to contract in order to maintain balance. When you perform regular sit-ups, for example, they are really only going to target the more superficial muscles; one that will still help, but not get you near the results you could be seeing. Basically, anything done on an unstable surface is going to get the job done. This would include moemvents such as walking across a balance beam, performing one leg squats, one arm shoulder presses, or bent over dumbbell rows standing on one leg and of course, utilizing an exercise ball for any laying abdominal movement you perform. Working on a BOSU ball and stability ball ab exercises are also excellent options. As long as you have a set of free weights and stability ball then these would qualify as your best home ab exercises as well. By far the most effective lower ab exercises are hanging leg raises while you use your lower abs to rotate your pelvis which is the secret to performing this effectively. Lying leg raises, lying leg raises on a 45 degree incline and cable crunches are also rock hard ab exercises. If you REALLY want an 8 pack you could IM or email me and I will tell you where to learn all the right ways to get it for you. The program is not mine and I have nothing to do with it but it is legit and it will give you results. Hope this helps. |
